Spiritual healing and counseling, either office or telephone, are approximately 1 hour in length.  Couples work is 1.5 hours in length. There are times when session exceed 1 or 1.5 hours unless clients specify the need to keep session limited due to time or funds.

• Consecutive sessions are recommended on a weekly, bi- weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis, dependent on your intentions and goals. 

• Phone consultations are available and follow the same procedure as above.  Distance counseling has become an increasingly popular option offering great freedom and privacy while still achieving insight and healing as well as an opportunity to dive deeply into your life.

• E-mail consultations are an option for obtaining thoughtful consideration of your individual concerns.  They offer you the time to sort out your thoughts and write them down as well as the ability to do this work together even if you are not living in the Bay Area.
